Senior Gold Dance Workout

You Are Never Too Old To Dance & Exercise

I have been officially a senior by AARP at age 50, I am now 61 and still love to dance, exercise and have fun. I refuse to let a old person into my body.  It is important for us seniors to keep are lives active through exercise for the body, reading for the brain, inspirational reading to keep our spirit vibrant. It is not a time to say well I had my fun, now it’s time to sit still!  No the world can still benefit from you. So may I encourage seniors everywhere spring into life again.

This workout is 30 minutes long and burns fat, calories and helps with weight loss, when combined with healthy eating.
