Boot Camp is a exercise workout that requires
basic athletic moves, such as push-ups,
jumping jacks, squats, mountain climbs, etc.

The workout will enable you to gain strength in

increasing your cardiovascular function,
balance, posture, and flexibility.

short period of exercising.

The mixture of aerobic and muscle toning
workouts leads to reduction in body fat level
