done in my life thus far has been the New York City Marathon. I did it in 4 hours and some change.
It was worth the challenge. I think we should put ourselves through some thing like that. It will reveal
a lot of what you are made of that you do not know.
How often should you do a cardio workout? I would say 6 days a week for at least 30 minutes. But
make sure it is something you enjoy. Some examples of cardio are running, swimming, jogging,
walking, treamill, and cardio machines at a gym.
Make sure you stretch before and after your workout and drink plenty of water.
