Sometimes you need to grab a chair and sit, relax and unwind. The journey through life is bumpy! I know no one who has had a smooth course. And if they tell you so, they are either lying or have not yet encounter the bumps, but they are coming.
It is hard for me at times to just sit and not move, because I am a high energy person and movement is in my blood. So when I decided to do this gentle chair workout my being wanted to move, and so I did so.
It is my intend that this video would give you a few minutes to relax and unwind even for just a few minutes.
