7 Day Cross Training Workout Plan
Cross Training is a way of adding variety to your workout
and decrease the risk to injury by lessing the stess on the
same muscles. Below is a workout plan.
Day 1 - Dance Fitness or Brisk Walk - Legs - Abs
Day 2 - Strength Training
Day 3 - Boot Camp, Triple Fit or run, jog or swim.
Day 4 - Dance Fitness or Brisk Walk - Legs - Abs
Day 5 - Strength Training
Day 6 - Boot Camp, Triple Fit or run, jog or swim.
Day 7 - Rest
Stability Ball Aerobics
Is an aerobic workout similiar to
chair aerobics only it is done
while sitting on a stability ball.
Some times you roll with the ball,
bounce on the ball and add a
various arms movements.
Guys you do want to wear a jock
strap for this one because rolling
on the ball draws your shorts or
pants in! Just a word of caution.
Give it a try! It may be what the
doctor ordered for you!
