How Often / How Much
•Warm up by doing 5 - 10 minutes of light cardio.
• Do 3 sets of 8 - 15 reps for each exercise. •
Exercise 48 hours apart. This is so that the
muscle can grow.
• Stretch the muscles after completing reps.
Exercises for Muscles
• Chest: chest press, pushups
• Back: Back extensions, lat pulldowns
• Shoulders: overhead press, lateral raise, front
raise
• Biceps: bicep curls
• Triceps: tricep extensions, kickbacks
• Lower Body: Squats, lunges, calf raises
• Abdominals: crunches, reverse crunches,
oblique twists
