Strength training dose not have to
be complicated. A simple way to
look at is the make sure you work
these muscles to balance out your
fitness program.
Biceps / Triceps / Forearm
Shoulders / Back / Chest
Legs - Calf / Quads / Hamstring
One simple way to start would be
to do 3 sets of 15 repetitions of
each muscle group every other
day. That way you give a particular
muscle group a day of rest. There
are many ways to do it.
You want to use free weights, or
weight machines at a gym or
weight rubber pants. It’s best to
use what you enjoy using.
