Day 1 - Dance Fitness or Brisk Walk - Legs - Abs Day 2 - Strength Training Day 3 - Boot Camp, Triple Fit or run, jog or swim. Day 4 - Dance Fitness or Brisk Walk - Legs - Abs Day 5 - Strength Training Day 6 - Boot Camp, Triple Fit or run, jog or swim. Day 7 - Rest Triple Fit Is an boot camp style workout which consist of cardio, upper and lower body training using weights.  Cardio segment consist of doing basic cardio moves such as jogging, jumping jacks, kickboxing or even step aerobics.
