Chair Fitness Low Impact 2 is a seated exercise workout for people with limited mobility, recovering from an injury and need to stay off their feet! I personally created this workout while I was recovering from spinal cord injury. And it worked! I was able to continue my exercise workouts with the limited range of motion for my right arm. It is great exercise workout for Baby Boomers, Seniors and anyone else who needs to sit, exercise and be healthy and fit!
