Sit Workout Get Fit is a seated chair exercise for those with limited mobility who need to sit, exercise and get fit. The workout was my first post cancer surgery workout. It features moves that are fun, safe and effective and give a full body workout for those recovering from an injury, surgery who need to stay off their feet and take it easy for a while. The workout is also suitable for baby boomers, seniors and anyone else who needs to sit exercise and healthy and fit.
