Cardio Boxing and Strength is a low impact high energy boxing and strength training exercise workout where you do basis boxing, cardio and segments of strength training with lite dumbbells. This will help you to burn fat and help you manage your weight, follow by stretching and mindful meditations. The class duration is 45 minutes.
