Chair Fitness and Strength is a seated exercise workout for people with limited mobility who need to sit exercise and get fit. The class consist of intervals of seated cardio and strength training with lite dumbbells. The class duration is 45 minutes.
The classes are free, but would you consider making a donation to help support the expenses of providing the classes. You can donate in 3 different ways:
