Power March Aerobics + Dumbbell Strength Training is a low impact cardio exercise class which features old school aerobics moves.  You can keep the moves low or take them high, it’s up to you for 30 – 40 minutes.  Then by strength training with dumbbells and standing abs and stretching.   The duration is 55 minutes.

The classes are free, but would you consider making a donation to help support the expenses of providing the classes.  You can donate in 3 different ways:
