Saturday Cardio is an exercise class that offers different types of cardio exercises done at moderate to fast pace.  It can be Low Impact Aerobics, HIIT, Tabata, Boxing + Strength Training and standing abs.  The workout consists of intervals of standing cardio and strength training exercises with lite dumbbells.   The class duration is 50 minutes.
