The registration is now open for January Zoom Classes. The January schedule is on a modify schedule as I am recovering from an injury and making room for other projects I must attend to.
The schedule is as below:
Monday’s 10 AM EST – Chair Fitness with interval of dumbbell strength training. The duration for that segment is 45 minutes the followed by stretching.
Saturday’s 10 AM EST – Power March Aerobics – a high-energy old-school aerobics and cardio. The duration 45 minutes and followed by stretching.
The classes are free, but you can make a donation to help the support of offering the classes.
