The June Zoom exercise class schedule is now available.   The schedule has changed!

All class times began at 10:00 AM EST and are for 45 minutes.

Mondays – Chair Fitness + plus Strength Training

Wednesday – Dance Exercise Class.  Please note this class meets every other Wednesday!

Saturday – Cardio: the class consists of cardio exercises and not dance!  It can be aerobics, HIIT, Tabata, Kick Boxing + strength training.

All classes are subjected to changes.
