The registration is now open for March Zoom Classes.
The schedule is as below:
Monday’s 10 AM EST – Chair Fitness with interval of dumbbell strength training. The duration for that segment is 45 minutes the followed by stretching.
Friday’s 10 Am EST Chair Fitness + Yoga Stretch and Meditations
Saturday’s 10 AM EST – Power March Aerobics + Dumbbell Strength. The class has two segments:
1) High-energy old-school aerobics and cardio.
2) Dumbbell Strength Training + Standing Abs + Stretching.
The classes are free, but you can make a donation to help the support of offering the classes.
