Seated or standing low impact cardio exercise class for 30 minutes and then 20 minutes of Dumbbell Strength training followed by stretching.
Power March Aerobics with Dumbbell Strength Saturdays at 10 AM EST
This is a standing high energy cardio exercise class with a mix of aerobics, power marching for 30 minutes and then 20 minutes of Dumbbell Strength training followed by stretching.
Stretch & Meditation Sundays at 7 PM EST
This is a standing stretch and meditation class but can be done seated as well.
