Seated Elliptical Workout

The seated compact elliptical is a small exercise device you sit on floor in front of a chair and then you pedal to get a lower body workout.  The devices have a tension button on them so that you can adjust the tension from lite to heavy.  To get a full body workout adding upper body movements with your arms or lite dumbbells would be beneficial.

It is great for people with limited mobility, seniors, the elderly, recovering from an injury or if you just want to exercise while you watch TV, read a book, while working at your desk or try something different.
