I am quite show you have heard about, or seen on the internet or late night on TV how to get ripped without breaking a sweat. It immediately appealed to your lower self esteem. The thought planted was “that’s it if I only could get ripped like that then I’ll feel better about myself, I won;t have to put in the hard work. You were sold to a fantasy.
Why people are so hung up on finding the easy way out, less effort to get the results the see on a fitness model. Have you ever thought that perhaps that was just genetics? I can recall the Beach Body commercials, it supposedly sold millions of DVD’s, etc, but if you look around where are all the beach bodies?
You Don’t Need A Ripped Body.
You don’t need a ripped body to be healthy. You don’t need a ripped body to be strong. You just need a body that is healthy and strong enough to do the everyday normal things in life. Think about this, who is going to see your ripped body on a average day? Who cares?

I can remember when I was younger and I bust my but off working out religiously, I put so much time into it, which tell pay off health wise, but I never saw a need to get ripped. But healthy yes.

- Do Pushups to help strengthen upper body
- Use Dumbbells or Resistance Bands to built Strength
- Don’ forget the cardio
- Eat Healthy
In no way am I blasting body builders, I am just saying the average guy doesn’t need to become one to fulfill his life purpose.
